Custom orders and payment
Made especially for you.
We accept all major credit cards and payments through PayPal or Stripe. All billing statements and invoices will display McGheeVirtual LLC.
A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required before supplies are purchased or work begins. This deposit covers supplies, design time, and your reserved booking spot. The remaining balance is due by the agreed date and before printing, pickup, release, delivery, or shipping.
Customers must submit clear photographs, correctly spelled names, dates, service or event information, and final typed wording. When a digital proof is provided, you are responsible for checking every detail before approval. Production begins only after approval.
Included revisions vary by listing. Memorial packages include up to two revisions; each additional revision is $15. Changes requested after final approval may require additional fees and time.
Refund and exchange policy
Personalized orders are final.
McGhee Party Shop does not issue refunds for custom physical products or digital goods. Deposits are nonrefundable, and digital products cannot be returned or exchanged.
Defective or damaged physical products may qualify for replacement with the same product when reported within four business days of receipt. The item must be unused, in its original custom packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase and clear photographs of the issue.
When an exchange is approved, McGhee Party Shop will provide a prepaid return label. Products damaged through customer handling, misuse, incorrect care, or other customer-caused damage are not eligible for replacement.
Processing and shipping
Timing begins after approval.
Processing begins only after all required information, files, deposits, and approvals are received. Product-specific timelines listed on the product or package page apply.
Memorial packages and 3D Memorial Lamps have an approximate total processing and shipping time of 5–7 business days after all information has been received and the final proof has been approved.
Rush service is available only when confirmed before ordering. For memorial packages, an approved rush order is 25% of the order total. Weather, carrier delays, incomplete information, and delayed approvals may affect estimated arrival dates.

We may collect your name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, payment information, account details, order details, personalization content, browsing activity, and approximate location data.

Information may be collected through account registration, sign-up and contact forms, checkout pages, cookies, and order communications. We use it to process transactions, create and fulfill custom orders, provide customer support, improve the shopping experience, protect the website, and send marketing communications when permitted.
Marketing choices
You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe option provided or by contacting us. Service messages about active orders may still be sent.
Sharing and payment processing
We do not sell your personal information. Information is shared only as needed with payment processors such as PayPal or Stripe to complete transactions. McGhee Party Shop does not use third-party advertising trackers.
Security and retention
Information is protected using encrypted secure systems and virus monitoring. If a data breach affects your information, we will provide notice as required. Account information is retained until the account is deleted, unless a longer period is required for order records, fraud prevention, tax, or legal obligations.
Your privacy choices
Depending on where you live, including under the GDPR or CCPA where applicable, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Account information may be updated through account settings or by contacting us.
Age requirement and policy updates
This website is intended for users age 13 or older. Privacy-policy changes will be posted on the website, and registered customers may also be notified by email when appropriate.
