These terms explain how custom orders, payments, proofs, production, and website use are handled.

This website and its services are intended for customers age 13 or older. You may use the website only for lawful purposes and may not interfere with its operation or misuse its content.
Our products are made to order using the photographs, names, dates, colors, wording, themes, and other details you provide. You are responsible for submitting complete and accurate information in time for design and production.
We may decline or cancel an order that contains unlawful, harmful, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate material. If McGhee Party Shop cancels an order before work begins, any amount eligible for return will be communicated to the customer.
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We accept all major credit cards and payments through PayPal or Stripe. All billing statements and invoices will display McGheeVirtual LLC.
A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required before supplies are purchased or work begins. The deposit reserves your booking and covers materials and design time.
The remaining balance must be paid by the agreed due date and before printing, pickup, release, delivery, or shipping. Rush service, shipping, delivery, taxes, specialty materials, and approved add-ons may be charged separately when applicable.
When a digital proof is provided, you must carefully review all names, dates, photographs, colors, wording, spelling, and layout. Production begins only after final approval.
The number of included revisions depends on the product listing or package. Memorial packages include up to two revisions; each additional revision is $15. Changes requested after approval may require a new fee and additional production time.
Approval confirms that the design and information are correct. McGhee Party Shop is not responsible for errors that were present in customer-supplied information or approved proofs.
You confirm that you have permission to use every photograph, logo, name, message, design, and other item submitted with your order. You grant McGhee Party Shop permission to use the submitted material only as needed to create and fulfill your order.
You remain responsible for the accuracy, quality, and lawful use of all submitted content.
Production timelines begin after all required information, files, and payments are received and any required proof is approved. Product-specific timelines shown on the product page apply.
Memorial packages and 3D Memorial Lamps have an approximate total processing and shipping time of 5–7 business days after all information is received and the final proof is approved. Rush availability must be confirmed before an order is placed.
Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by incomplete information, approval delays, material availability, weather, or carrier delays outside our control.
Custom physical products and digital goods are final sale and are not eligible for refunds. The 50% deposit is nonrefundable.
Defective or damaged physical products may qualify for replacement with the same product when reported within four business days of receipt. The item must be unused, returned in its original custom packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Customer-caused damage is not eligible.
Approved exchanges receive a prepaid return label. Full details appear on the Policies page and are incorporated into these Terms.
McGhee Party Shop retains ownership of its original website text, branding, graphics, product photography, templates, and original design elements unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or distribute that content without written permission.
Purchasing a finished product does not transfer ownership of McGhee Party Shop’s underlying templates, production files, or design methods.
To the extent permitted by law, McGhee Party Shop is not responsible for indirect losses, customer-submitted errors, customer-caused damage, misuse of a product, or delays outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue to apply.
We may update these Terms as the business, products, or legal requirements change. The current version will be posted on this website.
